Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
Dynamix Physical Therapy now offers pelvic health physical therapy for mothers and mothers-to-be out of the Jackson and Paris clinics. This specialty service is not offered in the West Tennessee areas and is very beneficial with pregnancy and postpartum pain.
Common complaints that our therapists can help with include:
- Leakage with lifting or at the bottom of a squat
- Leakage after prolinged activity (running, standing, lifting, etc.)
- Feeling of "heaviness" or pressure with activity
- Difficulty with return to activity postpartum

Meet the Therapists
Rachel Harmon, PT, DPT, PRPC
Rachel joined the Dynamix team in 2022 and works at the Jackson location. After graduating from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, she quickly became interested in pelvic health and specifically women’s health. Harmon has completed the Herman and Wallace pelvic floor coursework and is in the process of completing the American Physical Therapy Association’s obstetrics coursework.
Skye Prince, PT, DPT, CIMT, Cert. DN
Skye joined the Dynamix team in 2020 and is the clinic director for the Paris location. She also offers physical therapy for pregnant and postpartum patients. She customizes plans of care for those who are experiencing pain while pregnant and after childbirth.
