Dynamix Physical Therapy Hires Director of Human Resources

Milan, Tenn. - Dynamix Physical Therapy has announced John Grogan as the director of human resources for the company. Grogan will handle all onboarding processes for new team members as well as HR responsibilities.

Grogan served 27 years with the U.S. Army where he gained experience in organizational leadership and program management. He also worked in the recruiting office, where he helped prepare new recruits for their careers in the Army. Grogan has extensive experience in policies and procedures that will benefit Dynamix as the company grows throughout the Mid-South.

“I am excited to join the Dynamix team and apply my knowledge of HR, policies and onboarding to the company,” said Grogan. “This company is growing exponentially, and it is an honor to be part of this team.”

Mykie Anderson, chief operating officer for Dynamix, is thrilled to welcome Grogan to the growing team. “As Dynamix continues to grow and expand, we recognized the need for a full-time onboarding and HR director. With John’s background and experience, we knew he was the right fit for our team.”

Grogan’s passion for personal, professional and team-oriented growth is what drives him to pursue excellence and what makes him a great fit with Dynamix. He lives in Three Way, Tennessee with his wife, Kim, and they have two daughters.
